Reiki Healing for Military Veterans.

My goal is to reduce barriers for Veterans with physical and mental health issues that make leaving their place of residence difficult but still want to experience a Reiki session.  With me, you are safe to sit in the comfort of your own space, relax, and have a healing session. 

As a CF Veteran with multiple injuries, I know that even on a good day, getting to an appointment can be both stressful and painful. I know the frustration of having explain your injuries and your limitations at the start of each new appointment. 

I won't ask what happened, what your injuries are, nor what trade / rank you were. No questions asked and no explanations needed.  If you are having a bad day, I won't judge, I have plenty of those. 

You don't have to leave your home.

It doesn’t matter where you live as long as you have an internet connection (and our times zones line up at a convenient time of the day for you).

I offer Reiki sessions online through Zoom, Messenger, FaceTime, etc... If you are not comfortable with these, I can also do distance sessions.  

From my personal experiences, yes, Reiki does work.  It is one of the few modalities that actually helps me relax and depending on the day reduce pain. Reiki helps get your body out of fight or flight mode into a more relaxed state. This is why I became a practitioner. You are safe, remain clothed, can keep your eyes open, be seated or lying down. What ever works for you. If you get nothing else from the Reiki healing session other than 30-45 minutes of relaxation, it's a win.  Our bodies can heal when we relax.

I'm a military veteran. I'm down to earth and honest. Don't expect someone wearing beads and flowing robes, lol. It's usually jeans and steel toe boots for me. I'm a normal person offering a modality that helped me.
